SPACE HIRE

The Level 1 Event space is available for a maximum of 5 hours hire. Day events can be booked between 11am-4pm and evening events are from 5pm until late.

Monday - Thursday evening events $2500 minimum food & beverage spend

Friday - Sunday evening events $3500 minimum food & beverage spend

Our minimum spend includes the room hire fee; events that fail to meet the minimum spend will incur an additional room hire fee to ensure the minimum spend is met.

DEPOSIT

A $500 deposit is required to secure the event space. This deposit will be deducted from the final amount due. The minimum spend or total estimated charges must be pre-paid prior to your event commencing. Your Events Coordinator will confirm the balance due.

CONFIRMATION

Final catering numbers and all dietary requirements must be provided 8 days prior to the event date.

BYO POLICY

Bobbi Pearl has a strictly no BYO policy, beverages and food (other than celebration cakes) must be supplied by the venue.

DECORATIONS

Decorate the space to your hearts desire! Please note: items must be free-standing and cannot be hung or stuck on our walls. We do not allow any glitter or confetti.

CAKES

We have a delicious selection of desserts in our menus, however if you wish to bring a celebration cake you are more than welcome to do so.

CANCELLATION

The deposit will be forfeited for all bookings cancelled within 14 days of the confirmed event date.

DAMAGES

The hirer is financially responsible for any damage that is sustained to the venue.
